What was the highlight of MGM Hotel

Value for money

The location is very convenient, took me less than five minutes to walk from Jagalchi station. The price is very reasonable, and with such a good location, it is very worth the money. Condoms are provided.

They do not replenish the toothbrushes, and to make it worse, the cleaners removed them. I have to rely on my spare toothbrush for the other days. Do not expect too much from the hotel window view; I had the top floor and the view was irrelevant.

It's a motel

Relatively clean for a motel standard. Free wifi. Friendly staff.

We did a same day booking and specifically tried to avoid motels which are very abundant around the area. We chose this place as it was advertised and named as a "hotel". To our disappointment, this place is indeed a typical motel. If we wanted to stay in a motel, we could have paid less.

Baller room and luxurious amenities

We got a last-minute upgrade, which was wonderful. Staff was super friendly and went above and beyond with helping us out. Room was beautiful -- king size bed, lots of luxurious amenities, heated toilet and huuugggeee jacuzzi tub. Felt pretty baller once in the room TBH. Cool view too, and a solid location. We dug our stay here; it was even better than we expected.

During the week we thought we were the only people in the hotel, which was a little weird. But there may have been other people there-- we just didn't see them because there's not really a lobby. But do you need a hotel lobby?

Amazing location, great hotel

Good bathroom and nice sized bed. Hotel is in a fantastic location aswell, about 100m from Jagalchi station which is 3 stops from the Busan KTX train station. Easy 10-15min walk to the massive Lotte Shopping centre, Busan Tower and International Markets.

Minor complaint, lack of a wardrobe/hanging space (there are 2 hooks at door way)

The room size and bed as well were very big and comfortable,...

The room size and bed as well were very big and comfortable, my husband and me really enjoyed the private space. Also, the location is perfect, it's easy to get attractions by walking or even taking subway in few minutes.

The only thing made me uncomfortable once I entered the room was the smell of cleaning chemicals. That smell also covered the bathrobe and I didnt even want to touch it.

beautiful place in great location spoiled by discomfort

location terrific, pretty room, nice bed, good water pressure, good internet, friendly staff despite no English

no place to put anything, not even to hang towels, no shelves, no drawers, only two hooks to hang things, area around sink too tiny even for toothbrushes, so you live off the floor; for a stay of 6 days that was painful

Overall a good experience stay in the hotel. Will stay again if we were to visit Busan.

Size of room and bathroom is fantastic. Location is excellent with many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Bring suction hooks for a perfect hotel stay!

the room is very big especially for we 3 girls with big luggages. As the hotel just started not long so the facilities are very new and clean. Hope the hotel will continue to maintain it. The location is very good, very near to subway(1 min walk away). Shopping and eateries(open till late) are just around. The hotel staff are very helpful though they don't really understand English.

How can the bath room got no hooks or hanger? Where can we hang the towel and clothes when we bath? This is the only frustration. If not will be a perfect hotel to stay :-)

great location n big room

The room was very big and spacious. location was good as it was near subway (only abt 5mins walk) with lots of food around. wifi connection was good!

find the bed abit hard and the bedsheet is abit rough. didnt really like the toilet layout (no place to hang the towel n clothes)

Korean style motel in the heart of Busan pocha life.

Location to street vendors and places of interest is fantastic. Free Wifi, and cleaniness were fantastic.

This as more motel than hotel. Due to it's location, there was no view and the room not too well ventilated.
